Units quickly came to my house to deliver the pod for storage purposes. They placed it exactly where I wanted it with their little forklift thingy. When I was finished with it they picked it up with a couple days notice. Pricing/billing/payment was upfront and accurate, there were no hidden charges. The entire process from start to finish was easy and convenient for me.

I had the best experience with using UNITS for my long distance move! I called multiple times with questions and Paul was super helpful and friendly. I cannot recall my delivery driver's name but he was also excellent. Overall, my stuff arrived to my new home in perfect condition and quicker than I was quoted with other companies. I highly recommend UNITS.

This company was personally referred to me by our movers. They were so friendly and helpful, they felt like neighbors! Everything went perfectly according to plan. It’s a cool deal where a remote controls drives the unit from the truck into your driveway. As soon as I was ready to tell them when I wanted it delivered they were Johnny on the spot again. It’s not a cheap way to store your stuff but it’s safe, secure, and temperature controlled. I don’t think it’s really designed for long term but it gave me a few months to figure it.

Debbie, Paul and crew were amazing. On time, efficient, easy to talk to and work with. Would recommend for storage and transportation. So happy I stayed local rather than “known pods”!!

Wow! In today's world it is so nice to work with a professional and responsive business. Todd, the owner, responded to my initial request for a quote and continued to offer excellent service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend UNITS of Denver. They go above and beyond! Not sure if I'm allowed to write this because I actually didn't even end up using the unit BUT I can attest to some of the friendliest and personalized service I had from any one of these places that rent these type of moving/storage things. They followed up with me, completely changed the entire location for me and were patient and nice til I realized that I wouldn't be needing the unit....and were STILL cool to me after that.
They are amazing and I bet you anything they would've been the best bet, also they were the best price!

Top notch customer service is hard to come by these days, but this company has it together better than any other company I've dealt with over the past 5 years. I highly recommend UNITS, and will use them again for future projects.

There's a lot of options for portable moving & storage out there. We chose Units based on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad we did! Units employees were friendly and easy to work with. Delivery and pickup of the storage unit was super easy and, when we realized we had to park it in the street, Units went and got the necessary permit from City of Denver. The storage unit itself was rock solid and clean as a whistle. We had the unit stored at the Unit's facility for about a year. In that time, I had to access the unit several times. All I had to do was call a day ahead, and they pulled it out and made it easily accessible. Compared to our experience with another portable moving and storage company several years ago, this whole experience was great. I highly recommend using Units if you're in need of portable storage.

THEY ARE THE BEST. From the time we started working with UNITS Moving to the last day, they did what they said they would. We needed them to put a UNIT in a alley driveway and they were able to do that for us. Doug, the driver, was so good at place the UNIT in the exactly place we where needing it. They did everything they said they would do. They were on time, every time. The UNITS were never tipped. They stay flat, so you stuff never moves. We are unpacking now and I have not found anything broken. We would use them again and I have told everyone that they need to use UNITS for their next move.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Units of Denver during my recent move! The folks there, Paul, Debee and Doug, were fantastic. The communication was outstanding and everything happened when they told me it would. If I'm lucky, I'll never have to move again, but if I do, Units will definitely be involved!

UNITS helped with a recent Colorado move that had a lot of complicated steps. They offered fantastic customer service from start to finish. Debbie was consistently available to answer my questions and supported me through last-minute questions and changes.

This is by far the best place to get a pod! The owner Paul will do whatever he can to take care of you! I would never use any other company for a pod! I highly recommend them. I work for a Restoration company and use them regularly.

The whole team at UNITS of Denver were fantastic! The service was above and beyond what I was anticipating. They did what they said they were going to do but more importantly, they did it when they said they would. I also didn't feel that I had to worry about my things and stuff going into storage in their UNITS container. A very pleasant experience that was worth every penny. I hope I never have to move again but if I do you can bet I'm calling UNITS of Denver!

During a freeze Paul with Units was able to deliver a storage pod to a client the within a couple days, everyone else was a week or more out! Paul is very professional and prompt and I will definitely be using his services again. Thanks Paul!

This is a fabulous company!!! When you call you can talk with Paul (the owner) and what a great businessman, personable, professional and accommodating. This is the second time that I have used UNITS and would not use anyone else. The drivers were courteous and professional, placing the unit exactly where I wanted it placed. They come out and dropped the unit when they said they would then moved it exactly when it was scheduled. Having been a small businessman myself for 30 of my 45 year working career I appreciate dealing with the owner directly, who better has the best interests of his customers? We needed a storage unit for several months during some renovation work and our experience with UNITS was fantastic. Paul and Debbie were great to work with and made everything easy. One of the best businesses we have worked with in the Denver area.

A great well run operation. Our business uses Units of Denver frequently and they are always on time with delivery and have excellent pricing.

On the day of our move we quickly realized that we were not going to be able to fit all of our items in the one storage container that we rented. We had to scramble and Debbee got us a second container within just a few short hours. She was so kind and talked me down from a panic on moving day.
I can’t remember the name of the person who dropped off the container but he was very friendly and safe while putting the second container in our tiny driveway! Thanks to all who helped us get through a move!

I typically only write a review if it’s exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. Units is exceptionally good. We had a very difficult move, which caused numerous changes for Units, and yet they met every single need. Not only that, they continued to honor pricing even when it was US that changed the terms. Overall fantastic operation. Highly recommended.

I worked with both Debbie and Paul and from the first point of contact through to when they picked up the Units, it was a terrific experience. they really took care of me, responded to all of my storage needs, and gave me great contacts and advice on moving. The Unit itself was big, clean, and easy to load/unload. I highly recommend using their service and it was great to support a local business!

When I called to get a quote the rates are reasonable. The service is unbelievable! It is nice to be treated the way I want to be treated by a business and everyone who was involved in our move was fantastic. I knew what to expect and when to expect it because the they believe in communication which so rare anymore and their time line was right on from the time they dropped the Unit off to when they picked the Unit up. I would use Units of Denver time and time again.

The folks at Units could not be any better, more professional or Top Notch!! From speaking directly with Paul (the Owner) on a Saturday afternoon when so many other competitors are closed, to scheduling the myriad drop offs and pickups with Debbee (Office Manager) our move required to watching Doug (the Driver) maneuver that AWESOME rig and remote control Unit mover, I knew I chose the correct provider. I loved that Debbee would call me the day prior to confirm drop offs and pick ups, and Doug would always call to let me know he was both en-route as well as onsite to deliver or retrieve a container. They worked with my schedule and made sure to let me know of any logistics I didn't think of. Doug always treated my property (both sale and new purchase) with care by placing the Units in the best place to not damage any concrete or block the garage and/or vehicles. Doug even arranged a non-scheduled empty Unit drop off when he saw my movers working faster than I anticipated; this allowed my move to proceed and not stall (every dollar and moment counts when the movers are paid hourly). This team was one element of our move that was A MACHINE and very nice folks, too!! Do not make a mistake and choose anyone other than Units!!
